What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Orders placed online have standard deliveries fees of R90.00 for orders within Gauteng. Orders that are placed from outside Gauteng incur a R 125.00 charge for delivery to your door. 

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We currently accept EFT’s as well as using PayFast and PayGate to accept cards, SnapScan and Zapper.

How long will delivery take?

Food Photography Prop Shop will endeavor to ship your order out as soon as possible. Most deliveries are sent out for overnight through to your door with The Courier Guy. Outlying areas can expect an extra two days lead time for deliveries. 

Should you urgently require same-day delivery please make note of this in the “notes” section when ordering so that we can specially prepare your order for you. (this option is only available for Gauteng orders placed before 8:30am) 

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your data is protected and secure, no need to worry. We will also never sell or distribute any of your details and the capturing of your information is purely for delivery and contact purposes. 

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you selected to pay via EFT please make use of your order number and our provided banking details.

Once your order is paid (EFT/Card) we will process, pack and prepare your order for shipping. Once booked with The Courier guy we will send you the tracking information so that you can track your orders process. 

Should there be any questions relating to your order or delivery queries please don’t hesitate to contact us, just make sure you have your order number on hand as reference. 

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, your invoice and order confirmation will be mailed through to you once you confirm your order. 

Returns and breakages

In the event that your goods were damaged or defective upon arrival please contact us immediately. While all necessary steps are taken to avoid your goods being damaged, we cannot be held liable for the damages caused from shipping/courier companies.
